About the owner
Ann spent her childhood in a little town outside of Paris called Jouy. There, she and her animal sidekick (Elizabeth the cat) enjoyed reading, singing, and digging for dinosaur bones in the backyard. Ann's favorite activity, however, was dress-up. Her little chest in the attic was filled with everything from sparkly gowns to animal ears. While most of her friends outgrew the costume phase, Ann only grew more fond of costumes and the performing arts. At nine years old, she moved to California and quickly joined a musical theatre community in town.
It was only natural that one day she would be employed as a princess for hire where she could portray her childhood heroines and inspire the next generation of princesses. She couldn't get enough, so when she started University and moved out, Ann accepted positions at two new princess party companies. She loved her jobs, but felt she could do more as an entertainer than teach girls how to curtsey and wave. She decided that after earning her B.A., she would start her own company where princesses were creative and adventurous, where they all had unique interests and encouraged children to become empowered princesses themselves.
